The Apple iPad 2 is the successor to the original Apple iPad. It is a thinner and faster tablet than the original Apple iPad. The key highlights of the Apple iPad 2 are the dual-core processor and the two cameras in the front and back of the tablet. Its thickness has dropped from 13.4mm to 8.8mm from the original Apple iPad and its weight fell from 680 to 589 grams too. With the dual-cameras in the Apple iPad 2, users can use FaceTime to perform video calls just like the Apple iPhone 4. The back camera shoots 0.7-megapixel quality pictures, and the front has a 0.3-megapixel camera. The Apple iPad 2 has two variants - WiFi and 3G + WiFi.
Each variant has an internal memory capacity of 16GB, 32GB or 64GB to choose from. The Apple iPad 2 has a retail price at WiFi only 16GB (RM1499), 32GB (RM1799), 64GB (RM2099), and WiFi + 3G 16GB (RM1899), 32GB (RM2199), 64GB (RM2499). The tablet comes in two colours, black and white.
